Granted I don't play Psyker, so haven't tried blessings on Psyker specific weapons. Its not a bug. The developers did that with purpose. But no one likes it. NO. MK VII is a different weapon group than MK II Taxtical Axe.

Take the Shred blessing that stacks 5% critical chance up to 5 times (for up to 25% crit chance) and the 5% crit perk + whatever crit bonus the weapon has.
